How do you get this darn thing to bloom? I have a pretty nice size plant, loads of penduncles at nearly every node. I have tried bright light, shady, dry, moist....aargh.

It currently is in very bright light (sun under shade cloth) and kept moist, it is thriving but no blooms.

If anyone has any different ideas I would love to try it. I have had this for about 3 years now.
