My temps are similar to Florida.......Mine sulked for a couple of years in the shade house, so I stuck it outside and ignored it. Hardly watered it, certainly didnt feed it, and then it just took off, in full sun, and bloomed like gad. Just setting buds and shooting new growth everywhere now. I've seen huge specimens of this plant on other islands here. Treat it bad, tollerate a few unsightly leaves....insects, etc, and it should be happy and reward you. Quite a dry succulent grower this one
