| Good observation, Coralee... hadn't thought of that. The 'double vine' has fewer leaves to support...while on the otherhand, it has fewer leaves to provide photosynthesis. But I wonder...the plant has been busy growing roots and not vegetative material... I am curious to see how they compare as they are in pots, with planting medium to which I added a balanced fertilizer. Will report when something happens.... Planted a bunch of cuttings to day...from the same plant with their number in the sequence etc. Will share the experiment in another post.... Leap. The net will appear. |
