ROBLYN CHRISTMAS TREE FARM IS OUR HOME!
|This is where we call "home". My family here in NJ is small, Mother, daughter, son in law but our extended family is really large. My other children are in Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are surrounded by my SIL's family here in NJ. When we all get together it is a real party.|
We love animals and share the home with Missy, a Schnauzer, Charle, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Two barn cats, Lucky a little spayed female and "?" (not sure what his name is, I just call him CAT since he comes and goes). Four birds, Gunny a Double Yellow Headed Amazon, Tweeter, a Sun Conure, Sage, a green pied lovebird, and Ruffy a Pacific Parrotlet. These are left overs from Laurel Run Bird Farm( my bird farm before I sold it and retired from breeding birds).
This forum is dedicated to Barney the Barndog, my 14 year old Jack Russell who gave me so much happiness over the years as my constant companion on the bird farm. He had to be put to sleep two years ago, and we still miss him very much.
We will be taking you through a Christmas Season with us as we prepare to open for our regular Christmas Tree Cutting and sales.
There is so much work , year round, for a season that lasts us about a month. We are actually open only 9 or 10 days, all day during that time. All weekends when the entire crew works. The other week days if customers come in I am the only one on duty, but most people want to cut their own so I merely observe and then shake and bag the trees for them. Many of these customers are Military who have just arrived home from overseas. It is so refreshing to watch them and their kids enjoy preparing for the holidays.
I am hoping by sharing this with you it brings you some warmth and joy and love during this Holiday Season.
This forum will have daily posts when possible and your comments or thoughts are welcome any time.
We invite you to visit us on Facebook at any or all of these pages:

is the page written by Sir Charles of Concord aka Charle, he is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that JB got when she lost her beloved Barney the Barndog that was her constant companion for 14 years. This is a fun page where pets and owners talk to each other about their trials and tribulations.
This is where we all live and enjoy or wonderful life on a Christmas Tree Farm.
