In order for me to maintain good customer relations I need to know what you are thinking. I am a great believer in communicating with my customers before , during and after all transactions. Feel free to ask questions also. This is your forum, so take advantage of this opportunity to speak up.

Are you happy with your plants? Did they get there in 2 or 3 days?

Are they packed properly? What condition were they in when they arrived?

Did you feel I could have done more to make the transaction more pleasant?

I do request all people who are having plants shipped let me know here on this forum that your plants have arrived. I am sure to see it if it shows up here. Thank you for your business.

I am so excited!!

There was knock on my door and my mail girl handed me quite a large package from New Jersey. I had been expecting a smallish package from JB in New Jersey but I never dreamed it would be too big for my mailbox. But that it was! Wow. This beautiful Jasmine, with its almost bloom, was packed so well and so carefully! It had lots of packing, room to breathe and I don't think a drop of soil was out of place. It's so beautiful.

Aside from all the packaging, which was so well done by the way, there was also a sheet of instructions for the baby plant.

I really appreciate the care that Jacquie used in preparing this plant for mailing. It spent the better part of 3 days in shipping and I don't think it even blinked. Looks as good as if it were just happy no matter what was going on around it.

I've never had a Jasmine before and with the instructions maybe it will thrive here. If it doesn't, it will be my fault because for sure Jacquie has done her part beautifully.

Thanks Jacquie! I promise I'll take very good care of this baby plant. And it's getting ready to bloom!!!!!!
Here it is just out of its mailing box only a few minutes ago. I love it!

I am so glad you like her. She is one of just a few that are left this year and she is about a year old.
All my Maids of Orleans are females of course, so keep that little girl away from too much sun and give her water when she looks thirsty. Do not let her dry out, and she will bloom her little heart out for you. Enjoy and Thanks for the kind words.

Jacque I received my plants today.

WOW I wasn't expecting starter plants to be so big. They were well packed and happy as can be after just two days in transit from you to me. And the instruction sheet was most welcome because while I've grown Christmas Cactus before I've never really known how to care for them. My friend is going to love her birthday present this year thanks to you. I'm keeping the other one for myself.

I'll take a picture and post it here later I've got to make some phone calls right now.

Thanks very much Jacque for your help in finding the gift my friend was looking for.

It was forming a bud when I got it, but I think the transport and the move to a new pot and a new environment were not good for that bud. It's pretty well settled in now and seems happy!

So am I!

That is the problem with shipping these plants with blooms or buds on them. The stress of shipping is bad enough but then when they are in bud it seems to be twice as hard on them. That is why I like shipping Starter plants instead of letting them mature prior to shipping. The younger they are the better they ship it seems. I wonder if that might not be a good topic to discuss sometime. Of course most of the plant growers could care less as long as they sell their plants. In a big business you ship anytime anyplace....but I must admit Logee seems to offer for sale more 4" pots than the larger ones. Maybe that is why.

I just received a Tea Rose begonia and this is the largest, healthiest plant I have ever received from any vendor on ebay or any other online nursery site. I absolutely love it. Your packaging insulated and cradled it so well not even one leaf is bent or broken!

I look forward to ordering more plants from you in the future!

Thank you Belle for the kind words. I make a sincere effort to give my customers healthy plants arriving in perfect condition. Nothing more frustrating than ordering plants and having them arrive looking half destroyed. Begonias are difficult to ship because they are so brittle. I am pleased you are happy. Feel free to contact me if you have any problems or need anthing. I may not have it but I can try and get it for you.

I purchased two reverse spider plants from JB and couldn't be more pleased. They have to be the healthiest plants I've ever received in the mail Thumbs up large and expecting babies already, so it's like getting some for free Angel Also one of the best packed items I've seen in a long time I tip my hat to you. I too am looking forward to future purchases with JB Hurray!

Thank you again for a wonderful transaction Big Grin

It happens in a flash, but the memory of it last forever. It can not be borrowed or stolen, and it is of no earthly good until it is given away. So if in your hurry you meet someone who is too weary to smile, leave him one of yours, for no one needs a smile quite as much as he who has none to give...

This is the second time in the last year i've received plants from JB & she takes the same love & care with every plant to make sure she has done everything possible to make sure everyone receives beautiful, perfectly packaged plants. There is nothing more exciting than the anticipation of receiving a package from Jacquie because you know your getting perfectly beautiful plants. Lovey dubby :hearts:After making my way through all the packing & the carefully wrapped plant(i thought i know there's a plant in here some where) Hilarious! I now have beautiful christmas cactus.I couldn't believe it I thought it would be a MUCH smaller plant,it was so big & then i seen all the buds.I can't wait to watch the beautiful buds open.Mine is called peaches & cream now that's a color you won't find in a store. You won't find anyone who grows plants any better then JB she puts love & care into growing her plants & boy do they repay her by growing so beautifully.

Thank you JB for making sure this was another wonderful experience of getting a new plant!!! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Thumb of 2012-10-30/johoya/0f1fe8

My Christmas Cactus arrived this afternoon, and it's lovely! See?

I think it is in great shape. Don't you? You did a great job of securing it. There's no way any buds would have fallen off. I appreciate your expertise! Thank you so, so much!! I will not be giving it away, as planned. I'll buy her a different plant, but I'll make sure it's a nice one. I need to keep this one!

You're a super lady, JB!
