Lori, It has been almost a week since you transplanted the spider. Can you send another picture? It may need more time, but it should be showing some signs of either recovery or otherwise. I looked at the old shot again and that plant is certainly not dead. Just a bit on the sad side shall we say. It should soon start to perk up. Do not put it in direct sun just now. Be sure you are giving it enough water. I think we talked about getting a water wand for you one time since you love to water. Were you giving that any more thought? Do not worry if this one decides to give up, you know I will send you another one , in fact I can send you a reverse when i send you the yellow Cactus. BTW How is that doing since it has had time to recover from the beating it had taken. It should be at least standing straight up. I have plenty of the spider, in fact I have so many I am not sure I have the room to take more cuttings just now. I have some babies I could send you except this weather is just not good for shipping. Do not worry, we will all help you along and if the girls can tell you how to grow them, I can sure keep you supplied with plants. Have a great day and stay warm. |
