I can't help but wonder if I will ever have time to get more deeply involved in the Streptocarpus that I too will know who developed it. I honestly never gave it a thought until you , Dave G. and the other people on your group began talking. Believe me, it makes me wonder how I will ever learn everything about these wonderful houseplants. On the other hand, there are those people who buy a plant from Home Depot or Lowes and it does not even have a tag on it. Are they wrong to just buy it because it is pretty or am I wrong to want to know the name and where it came from. At my age I can't remember half of what I learn anyway, so I guess I am somewhere in the middle.Does it really matter. The plant will be just as beautiful with or without identity. Good grief, this snow is making me think crazy things. Back to the real world. ![]() |
