|This is another variety of the Jasmine Sambac. The leaves are a dark green and the plant grows like a normal bush. It never sheds its petals, you need to pick them off when they turn brown. The flower is a large double similar to a carnation or a rose and some say they have "an intense aroma". It blooms all year and is a very slow grower. I had no luck propagating this plant and after years of enjoying its beauty, it was destroyed by a storm Sandy.
