Im juicing all day, with protein snacks in between. And mom... it has spinich, kale and all kinds of greens so im getting my iron ...  im down almost 6 lbs. Now and my headaches are gone. My back is feeling better and im wearing pants I haven't worn in years  Ready 2 Rock Photography |
