Made my first trip to Ross yesterday, what a great store, I had no idea! They did still have some nice containers but I opted for some of their incredible bargain priced garden art instead! Big Grin

Hilarious! RCN I was at Ross the other day, too. Came home with a nice size pot, small trellis and plant dolly all for $24.

Holly, Do you cut that Bougainvillea back much when you bring it in? That's another plant that hates it indoors. I stopped growing it because it was just too messy inside.

Go Phillies!

Woo-hoo! There is a Ross store in Harrisonburg! I'll have three places to check for containers on Friday...Ross, Tuesday Morning and Ollie's! When my GF found out all the places I wanted to go she said we should make it a day-long adventure instead of just an afternoon! And to think this all started as a quick trip to visit the Gem Show that day! Big Grin

I got two of these strawberry planters at a yard sale a few weeks ago for $15. I was just going to put them in the shed until spring but as you can see I didn't, and they aren't holding strawberries!

Sorry no photos and no pots or containers either! I did find a couple I liked but the 'garden art' was calling my name. Whistling I don't have any photos of them yet but let's see...metal art from Ross included another dragonfly, large lizard, a horn playing frog to join the 'frog band', a pair of flamingos (not pink!) and a nice metal wall hanging with leaves and "Believe" and "Inspire" engraved at the top and bottom. I haven't started on the process to get the new wall up under the deck to enclose my 'studio' but I thought 'Believe/Inspire' would be a nice touch when I do! Even though it was easy enough to pack everything in the car we were quite a sight struggling with everything to get to the car - nothing we bought would fit in the Ross bags! Hilarious!

Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Deb, sneak them one at a time into the garden with camera in pocket. Or are you planning on leaving them packed until next year?

Rolling on the floor laughing I will be sneaking a few into the gardens but probably not until next spring. Almost busted yesterday - I had most of them in the basement because a few need some "extra touches" (paint, etc.) and I had just moved them into the far corner of the basement (out of sight) when Rick came down to see what I was doing down there! Whistling He thinks I've got enough 'garden art'! Confused Never too much, we've got a lot of "bare" gardens that can use a little whimsy! Big Grin
