That's great Stormy Hurray!
One of the reasons I like the group fitness is the motivation to keep me going. I get so bored doing it at home and find every excuse.
It happens in a flash, but the memory of it last forever. It can not be borrowed or stolen, and it is of no earthly good until it is given away. So if in your hurry you meet someone who is too weary to smile, leave him one of yours, for no one needs a smile quite as much as he who has none to give...

Now see, I'm just the opposite. If I have to go somewhere to exercise, I'll never get there. It's much easier for me to fit it in at home among my other routine tasks. I will often do it at night too, long after the spas have closed.

This bike allows you to also turn off the arm movement function. I may do that for some of my riding today. The riding is actually really tough on my arms with the resistance that my leg movements put on the handles.

It's really important for my leg circulation that I get the full 45 mins to an hour of leg exercise in and working the arms at the same time is preventing that. I will still keep working on the arms every day, but need to get more exercise on my legs now. The total body workout is tiring me out too quickly.

That's a good idea Stormy you can get your arm workout in with weights anytime.

LOL Ronnie, I bought some arm weights when I was in the hotel and used them fairly regularly there. Since coming here, I put them away and haven't picked them up since.

I will still use the bike for the arm exercises, but only after I do my full leg workout. The bike arm exerciser also works a lot of the muscles down your back and through the upper abdomen.
