It happens in a flash, but the memory of it last forever. It can not be borrowed or stolen, and it is of no earthly good until it is given away. So if in your hurry you meet someone who is too weary to smile, leave him one of yours, for no one needs a smile quite as much as he who has none to give...

Tammy, I understand your embarassment, but just enjoy your wonderful accomplishment!! Sliding your pants off without unbuttoning them is way cool. Big Grin

I just got back from shopping for clothes. I got a pair of size 6 skinny jeans. Amazing.

I've got a nice peice of salmon thawing for dinner. Probably same veggies as last night - steamed broccoli & saute'd swiss chard.

Tammy, you may have said, but I am curious, do you exercise too?

I have been really good about exercise. I have free weights, a balance ball and yoga mat that I use to do strength training 2-3 times a week. I started all this wanting to strength my back for gardening. I also use the treadmill on various programs - interval training. And we go for long walks a few times a week when work is light. So I workout a total of 4-5hrs/week.

I have focused on getting & being healthy. Eating healthy. Exercise. I doubt I would feel this good without the exercise. And apparently exercise is a key differentiator for people who keep their weight off.

No cooking here tonight. Between clean up inside & out....too tuckered out. Had to catch a nap before the game.

Go Phillies!

I'm completely uninspired for tomorrow. Cannot do tomato sauce anything again, too much last week. Feeling chickeny, someway. I have boneless breasts. seems like we've had too much sauced stuff lately.

Sally, Chicken Francaise is one of my favorite ways to prepare them.

I never use that much butter when I make it. I only use maybe 2-3 pats. I add a tad of white wine to the broth & lemon juice. And of course, some fresh garlic. LOL What's a day without garlic? This dish is also delicious if you substitute fresh basil or tarragon for the parsley.

Love tarragon! Tried to grow it once, OK for one summer but not real hardy.

Hm, A bit rushed today but made an effort and whipped up a ham steak, mac and cheese and green beans. Then kids reminded me we had family night for school, just gulped down a small portion. . And after the excitement (zz) DS was hungry on the way home. So we ended up buying Chipotle for the two kids anyway!!! Why do I bother?? At least DH and I ate dinner Whistling
