ok so I made 3 batches... figured they can all fill there own Easter baskets with which they want.. one with just the PB & chcolate.. one PB, chocolate topped with peanuts.. and the last just chocolate topped with coconut

out of a 10 pound ham last year.. only a few small pieces left over.. Randy and I were pouting that there was not enough left over.. I know it's a lot of work.. but totally worth it

I made a cheese cake and fruit salad with cream cheese/marshmallow dip for Easter, the kids are doing the ham and french toast casserole. Someone is bringing an egg dish with asparagus, bagels with whitefish salad and cream cheese and of course coconut cream eggs I love Easter brunch fills you up for the whole day....
