Hate it when the expensive stuff dies.
My dyalilies are so fried, just very few green leaves left of the several good sized clumps. I think I'll move them all, that area is just too hot and dry.

Thanks for the new thread Barb
It happens in a flash, but the memory of it last forever. It can not be borrowed or stolen, and it is of no earthly good until it is given away. So if in your hurry you meet someone who is too weary to smile, leave him one of yours, for no one needs a smile quite as much as he who has none to give...
Now see, I thought Daylilies were the toughest of the tough -? Guess there's some situations even they can't handle. Have you thought about Yucca for that area, Sal?
Speaking of daylilies, Sally & Jae, would you mind posting your daylily photos over on the Daylily thread too? It doesn't matter if they don't have names - we just like to look at the pictures!

J, That is one fabulous show you are putting on!! I really love that Tiny Toes and will be on the lookout for some. The phlox here is blooming nicely, but it is terribly mildewed has been since early June.

It very well could be. Mine were horribly parched last year, not the OT's so much, but the Orientals suffered terribly. They looked like they had diseases.
