Charleen ..."herding", well, that would imply activity, no?  Ronnie, I'm glad it went well. You know my feelings are much like Critters, she said it so well! You will have to let us know if Abby gets a bit more comfortable too now after the change. Try not to be sad, some lives clasp hands (or paws), however lovingly, only for a little while but draw good from the experience. I'm sure that's true in this case. | :) My cute poochie:) I think you will def get cool points:) Jamie loves his hammock...its his second one...the first accidently got left in the shed last winter and the mice ate holes through one section...which meant a hole through the whole thing...he wanted to try it still...but I stole it from him and tossed it. | That hammock packs into a softball size bundle if i read it corrctly- awesome. My pets slept with me last night but kept me up. Addy sleeps crossways at the foot of the bed, does not get the concept of your side, my side... Chester was hungry at 4 am....sonofa....threw him in the laundry room wiht dry food and opened the door so he could go out after nibbling. Sounds like it was a rough night for a lot of us. Muffin lost his balance and fell off a little embankment by the marsh, where he landed in a bunch of thorns. Because of his arthritis, he couldn't get back up to the sidewalk. My husband lifted him, but Muffin hates being picked up and screamed like he was being beaten for all the neighbors to hear, then whimpered half the way home before he forgot and forgave.  No injuries, just a whole lot of drama. |

I have a new dog, not.  I'm keeping one of the grand puppies for the weekend. I have our cute little Copper for 3 days. She's become well adjusted to being here without her immediate family and is just a joy to have around.  RicThe Amen of nature is always a flower. | Last night when I started to bed, I told Marmie and Bella. (I've changed her name!), "come on kids, I'm going to bed! I didn't see Bella, she usually goes to the recliner and gets on her blanky. I called her, she was on my bed! Jamie, I think she knows what I say, like Inky does! I let her stay, and before I could crawl in, she was under the covers at the foot of the bed! I think I have myself a great dog, if only the owner doesn't show up, since I have her fattened up! |
