Nice night with the girlies  Sophie was Dorthy and Luci was a lady bug, they got a great haul of candy and of course were wound up tight Hard when it's a school night.Walking around we saw a lot of downed branches, luckily nothing at my house, power stayed on but a lot of other areas nearby were out the whole weekend  It happens in a flash, but the memory of it last forever. It can not be borrowed or stolen, and it is of no earthly good until it is given away. So if in your hurry you meet someone who is too weary to smile, leave him one of yours, for no one needs a smile quite as much as he who has none to give... |

| Yea! Our power came on...we were able to get our Recruitment done tonite for scouts and have two new scouts...with the possibility of 2 or 3 more:) Very excited about the whole deal...tg we didn't have to wait for our electric. But we were good...cooking on our kero heaters and got a genny from work for the food in the fridge...it was all good. Bring on winter-- at 'her' house  Just kidding, the news about outages was shocking the other day, I don't know what the extent is now.Saw some really cute little kids in our neighborhood. And I made Addy a costume, and we walked up to the neighborhood party.. Pic tomorrow. Yes we are those people who are turning our dog into our kid substitute. No really, I helped a friend make a costume for her horse once, and thought, why not have a little fun with Addy this year? I had two funny little kids, likely a brother and sister, about four and six yrs?? The boy says. Can I have a rock instead? So I just laugh and say Um sure! (point to white stone mulch) THere's some! Give girl her candy while boy is getting a rock, He starts to run off, ignores my reminder to come back for candy, she asks for a rock too, and gets one, and they run back to parents calling We got rocks!! | Sally, my youngest grandson and I started taking walks in his neighborhood when he was little more than 2 and we would come home with our pockets loaded with rocks that he'd pick. Kids just love them!! Picture of my trick or treat partner this year, now 5 years old.   Apparently there's a transformer named "Bumble Bee". Can't keep up. |

| Funny! I never heard of Bumble bee either, Lot of structure in that costume! I'm convinced! I pick up rocks in the park when Addy swims. My quest is for perfectly round or perfectly oval rocks. I now now one stretch of the bay beach that little white ones always appear, it must be how the waves roll in or something. Wow  Holly goes away for a week, the dog and cat are both gone, and the Mamster Magpies go silent. Guess I'll have to watch Jeopardy so I have a good reason to talk to the TV. | Hey everyone... I know I haven't been around in a while. A bad week behind me, and I am afraid worse to come. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers all. I am going through an extremely difficult pass. My heart is in turmoil, and I am afraid for my marriage. I am doing my best, and I am fighting for it... but my heart aches. Just getting through each day right now is almost too much to bare. I love you all and believe in the power of prayer. Please give me yours right now.
