Where did these Stink Bugs come from? I've lived within a 2 mile radius for 30 years and have never seen these up until 3 years ago. Now they seem to be everywhere, in all seasons.

Thanks, Mike. I couldn't understand how they all just showed up. Do they have any idea of how they got here? I didn't see anything in that article about them attacking tomatoes, but I know they bothered mine. I've also seen other folks write about their damaging their 'maters.
Nasty, nasty stink bugs. I am still finding them in the house. They were terrible the last couple of years. So I stopped growing vining veggie plants last summer in hopes of getting rid of them. I didn't have near as many as I had the year before. I have a great and horrible pic in the other computer I'll post it later. Holly

They are inocuous, but they still are a nuisance. I never grew vines and had lots of them in the house. When I was down in MD this weekend, there were a number of them in the hotel room. I saw one here in the house this week.
I will be just sick if those Lily Beetles start showing up here.
Yeah, You should have see me when I waded into the squash patch to see what was wrong with my squash. I noticed the leaves looked kind of wilty like they needed to be watered and then I noticed some turning brown. So I waded in to look at the area and that was what I found when I lifted the leaves. YUCK!!!!!! Holly

yuck is right!!!.. here is another that freaked me out in 2007.. Giant Willow Aphids on my pussy willow... they hid in the shadows on the tree.. where the sun was ... not a one.. I wouldn't have seen them until I saw yellow jackets circling around them
it took several times to get them all... everyday I saw more and more die though.. you can bet I check real close every few weeks ... but that was the only time they were here
