|I wasn't sure where to post this but since "dumpster diving" is probably my favorite "Junqueing site" I thought I'd post it here. I've been dying to tell you about my newest "find" but I wanted to wait until I got a photo to show you! It's probably been about three weeks since I was making a run to the dumpsters and you can only imagine my reaction when I pulled in to see not just one, but TWO, of these chairs sitting beside the dumpsters!!! You should have seen me scurrying to get my trash unloaded so I could load them into the van! At one point another car drove in and since I wasn't quite done I grabbed the chairs and placed them next to the van just to make sure it was obvious that I had claimed them!
Rick just groaned and gave me that "look" when I arrived home with them but I can't wait to find a spot in the gardens for them! They're really well made (sturdy) and they both need a new paint job but other than that this one is in perfect condition! The only thing wrong with the other one is a little unraveling of the cane around the bottom of the legs which I should be able to easily fix with a little glue and/or wire.
