I Love MAM ~ So Happy Together
I get on a baking kick every fall. I try to take all of my recipes and adapt them to be healthy ones. A lot of them work out. Some don't. I don't use fat free anything, just low fat. I don't use margarine at all or artificial sweeteners. I just use less sugar and will use fruits too. I use a lot of healthy flours and grains and lots of nuts and tons of interesting spices and dried fruits and fresh herbs.
