Tonight we'll have mustard baked salmon, sauteed green beans with sliced portobello mushrooms and garlic mashed potatoes.


Salmon filets with a mixture of the following over the top: (I just scoop the amounts that I want with the Creme giving most of the volume
Salt
Pepper
Creme Fraisch
Dijon mustard
Whole grain mustard
Capers
Shallots

Bake in oven for about 25 minutes.

I was asked to make the cranberry-orange scones (made with heavy cream) from the Imperial Tea Garden recipes. My DH is using the excuse that the grandsons that will be here tomorrow just love them. (He eats most of them)
