LOL Funny how that goes, huh Teri?  Wow, your dinner sounds wonderful. Do you make your own creme fraish? I used to buy it from trader joe's. Now I have started using lowfat Greek yogurt instead. I'll be having something quick from the freezer. I'm working on all of these tomatoes making sauce, roasted tomatoes, tomatoe basil salad and blanching some tomatoes to freeze for winter dishes. It's very RED around here in my kitchen today. Thanks for posting your great recipe!!  |
