That's definitly another factor, Pam. I used to keep them on for 8 hours. Each of the last 3 years I cut it back by another hour. Everyday last year, it was so windy that poor DSO had to reattach my bear's head or rewire my snowman's arms. All of my critters and people were getting very handicapped. The poor skiing snowman was always laying on his side. My Halloween lit decorations survived much better although my one ghost kept getting wrapped up in the tree. We saran wrapped a large part of the trunk in an attempt to take away anything the fabric could stick to, but he still kept getting all wound up. I couldn't quite figure it out. |
