| Holly- go right out and get an EasyWalk harness. The leash hooks up on a cheststrap. It makes ALL the difference. Addy was impossible on collar and leash. Don't know why but EasyWalk works great! My friend also said she'd carry a pocket of treats and keep talking to the dog and give a treat once in a while. kept the dog focused on her more than on the trail.
