|I have only been on a sail boat once and that was a Cat. It was fun and I enjoyed it. I do have some small issues with seasickness so I have always been a little hesitant to try sailing but I sure would like to try another short trip and see how I do. I am looking forward to more of your sailing stories Stormy.
Luvs, I have a friend that never learned to swim and was afraid to put her face in the water. But she really wanted to learn to swim. I worked with her in my pool and even got her into the ocean a couple of times. She is very small and her memories of the ocean were of getting knocked down by the waves and tumbled pretty good. I had Ric drop us at a nice protected beach and while the guys went fishing I took her in and she just loved it. She told me that her trust in me is what got her in the water she knew I wouldn't put her somewhere that she couldn't handle. Well, when she turned 60 her sister asked her want would she like for a present, something that she always wanted. After a little thought she decided that what she had always wanted was to learn to swim so her sister paid for swim lessons. I gave her a few for Christmas and she is now a swimmer and very proud of her accomplishment.
