Ouch Ronnie, sounds painfiul.  I've been having a lot of trouble with sciatica this winter as I keep wearing my feet out standing up doing things and then have to sit down for hours to relieve the inflamation in them. The sitting really aggravates the Sciatica. Another reason to get on the move getting that exerciser.I need to replace my Rolling Stones collection soon so that I can resume my dancing around the house. I always love doing that.  |
