| There may be a Zumba session available on the Exercise on Demand on the TV. I will check it out. A lower keyed version of it sounds like it would be right up my alley. Ronnie, I know exactly what you mean by that.  I was very fond of my Richard Simmons Sweating to the Oldies tapes.   |
