|Wow, That sounds heavenly. I make a crustless pie from eggs, spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream and parmesean. It is wonderful. That was a recipe from a friend who passed away. I might be able to wing it without the actual recipe. hmmm, I wonder if there might not have been some mayo in it. It was seasoned with black pepper, salt, nutmeg & red pepper flakes.|
