| Ronnie, The more you use those pans, the less things will stick. keep oiling the bottom & sides and heat them, then just wipe the oil out with a paper towel, no rinsing. Allison, That flan recipe looks fabulous!! I think that I remember earmarking that in one of his cookbooks!! I'll have to see if I have a suitable pan!!! Thanks  |
