|I don't think "too much" is a factor of age, though. If someone's out of shape or just hasn't done that type of exercise, they need to work up to it, but they can do just as much at 50 as at 25 if they maintain a routine. My husband has an aunt in her 60s who still runs marathons. Most women her age would hurt themselves trying to run even a fraction of that, but she's maintained her fitness by training consistently over the years.|
