Hmmmmm

When we were sailing (and it was NOT cool) I stored veggies for long passages where we would be out of range of any food. So, in the coolest and most ventillated area of the boat, I stored carrots and cabbages...not touching eachother (separated by newspaper...air movement a must. There was a soaking first in water to which clorox as added, and then the veggies dried in the sun...then stored. I will try to find the % of clorox I soaked them in.... I do remember that every couple of days I would rotate the carrots just a bit so no fungus formed.....
Leap. The net will appear.
