I Love MAM ~ So Happy Together
Wow, Thanks Barb! I remember Gita once saying they were good for eating I hope that she doesn't eat any. Blinking

Well yesterday between rains I planted the 4 celery bases that I had been saving to plant. I made soup with them on Tuesday and had kept the bases sitting in a bowl of water. When I took them out of the water, two had already started sending up new leaves and an inspection of the bottom showed small roots already forming. I'm hoping they survive the transition to the soil.

I cooked with them at night when it was already dark and then it rained each time I thought about planting them, or I would have done it right away.
