Good afternoon....oooops it's still morning I was up at 4am for the wedding, and it is truly beautiful, I think what I loved most was the simplicity of Kates dress,I loved it, and the crowds of peaple always amazes me. Still a lot to watch.

It was amazing and shows off our little country at its best! The Dress was stunning, glad they never sent me for it or the lingerie. Our Nation is very, very proud indeed. Absolutely flawless perfection, in every respect of the word. Every Horse 8 hours grooming then 45 minutes exercise, the Life Guards and Blues & Royals 12 hours of polishing their uniform after doing the Horses, 1 hours sleep!
The Queen for 85 years old looking as normal immaculate, as were most people!
4.5 million people in London & only God knows how many watched it around the world!
Catherine could not be saluted as she was a commoner, now she is a Princess and a Duchess so was saluted on the way back.
Then the flypast by the only flying Lancaster in the world, escorted by a Spitfire and a Hurricane.
Then the two Golden kisses on the balcony.
What a day, and a part of our History.
Getting on with cooking for our own party before going to the pub!
For them both we wish them well.
Tears from all of us.
Neil.

Dear Doris, it goes without saying you are stunning! I bet you turn lots of heads now!
Our Nation has gone potty today, all you can see is red, white and blue. I am delivering the soup i have made to the local school shortly as they are having a street party.
Between the lamp posts are stretched Union Jacks, so i hope the children who have never seen a Royal Wedding will have a good time.
Then doing Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding with all the trimmings, plus of course Apple Pie and custard.
I am glad you enjoyed the Royal Wedding, and I am happy that it went without a problem for the Royal couple.
The Muslims did say they would disrupt it, but they didn't.
God Bless you Doris and I hope you sang Jerusalem as we did.
Loads of Love.
Neil.

Ha! Doris, I'm glad you posted that, I couldn't because I didn't know if you'd want your picture up so yesterday I only posted the Queen. It is such a nice picture of you.

Neil, I watched almost the entire thing...fell asleep for about an hour or so. How wonderful! It was a wonderful event! All very beautiful! They are wished the best.

Inky called...he loved the hats!....his creative juices are flowing! I'll bet he will get started designing as soon as he and Charley get back. Due to air traffic, they can't get out today (unless Muriel escorts them over with her broom) but to my understanding they are going to try to find that street party that Neil made soup for anyway because tomatoes are of Inky's favorite food. The children will enjoy them probably too.

Doris, I was looking for a tiara at least! Rolling my eyes.
Jamie, if I was Inky or Charley, I would Not be ready to come back to the States yet--- now it's party-time After the Wedding! Hurray!
Neil, saw most of the Wedding Live... only part I missed was their ride Over to the church, Before they walked the Aisle--- looong aisle it was too! Such a lovely ceremony... afterwards, I loved the Open Carriages with white horses, & black horses behind; the Two Kisses on the Balcony was fun; and I absolutely Loved their exit from the Palace in that Aston Martin convertible! (tho I did worry about them not having Security close by them, I was nervous about that then! as there are crazy people in crowds!) William & Kate are young & just starting out together--- I think they make a fantastic couple, & I wish them well! I hope the media doesn't hassle them too much so they can have some time alone! Rolling my eyes.
Neil and Sarah, have a fun day today in your National Celebration! Yay for England! I tip my hat to you. Hurray! Hurray!
Everyone have a great day! Group hug

Dear Connie they are only going to Clarence House for a rest. Then they have another reception tonight which is for more intimate friends. This includes his Army friends and then he is having a 'SURVIVORS' breakfast at 6 am in the morning. That is typical Army if any can survive till 6 am. Then they are off for their Honeymoon if he has enough energy left for that! Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing

Doris, I really love your new Ring--- what kind of stone is that?--- so pretty! Rolling my eyes.

Neil, I think everyone is tooo busy Partying after the Royal Wedding to even be thinking 'Souvenirs'!?... oh, I am a patient petal usually... but this is the Wedding of the Century!!! I told my husband John last night I was 'nervous'--- he asked Why, & I said I was Nervous for Kate, the bride... the night before her big wedding!--- I don't think he understood, but he just smiled. Whistling Hilarious! I really Was... I kept hoping nothing would happen this morning--- that all the details would be just fine... and everything in the ceremony went Well--- Now I can take a deep breath ..... and Maybe have a normal afternoon, since I don't need to worry anymore about their wedding! Rolling my eyes.
