Okay, Connie and Linda, ya'll have really done it now! I may have to stop on the way home and get my root beer, and make my float for dessert tonight (especially since we're in the middle of a heat wave just like the rest of the southern states)! Rolling on the floor laughing DH will not mind one bit! Smiling

Love,

Bonnie

After my cooking for two days and feeding my nieces who eat like a Horse, I am finally free! The rain has stopped and it is a beautiful day, oh what a delight this is!
Now it is mothers Birthday on Sunday! I have seen a lovely standard fuchsia, so one thinks she will like that! Or at least I hope she will?
Whilst at Chelsea I saw these lovely variegated Busy Lizzie's, that I have never seen before. They are really lovely and I assumed it would take ages for them to become available on the market.
Then the lovely Lady in our florist shop stopped at me, as she had seen me at Chelsea and she had some! So I got my mother one and she loved it and it is in pride of place, I will see if I can get a photo for you all.
I am aware I should have been here more often, but writing Articles and being on here is difficult to say the least!
Well I am back till the 7th of July, when I am off trekking again!
For everyone that has supported me through four Articles, I thank you!
Regards to all.
Neil.

Neil, don't you worry about not being here all the time! You need time for yourself sometimes too.
Can't wait to see the busy Lizzie.

Dear Linda, I feel like I am letting someone down whilst doing Articles or indeed taking photos of something intersecting for you to see!
I am aware I cannot be everywhere at once, but the moment I give up on the cubit it goes silent!
I do hope you understand. trying to please everyone all the time is not easy!

No, Muriel, you HAVE a pain in the neck, which means that someone has given it to you. Now who would be the most likely nominee? Whistling Oh, yes, and doesn't high blood pressure come from being STRESSED? If you look at that last word carefully, you'll see that spelled backwards, it's DESSERTS!

Neil, the cubit goes 'silent' because you stir things up. the rest of us are nice & quiet. I do hate the constant rain at the moment, but then I didn't like last summer's drought either.

Dear Lucy, it has been sunny all day here and now at 8 o'clock our time it has started to rain heavily! They say we are in for a nice weekend, although, who can believe the weather at the moment!
For one radio station tells us this and the TV tells us another thing. So I fear it just wait and see what happens next!
There is a lot of work still to do in the garden, but the rain has not let up.
Regards.
Neil.

Hi Bonnie,
We do not have that many desserts, I will not say, "That we never have them", but not every day, I think it is that I have been very busy over the last few months, getting ready for Armed Forces Weekend, (This weekend), and other functions, now next week I have had to cancel, (Sandringham and the 80th anniversary WRBL Luncheon) so am disappointed about that. So I think I have just over done things, sometimes I forget I am 67 and not 21 anymore.
