No Inky, you come over and you and I have things to do. Poodles were hunting dogs and I have been brought up with hunting dogs. I am a hunter myself you know. So whilst mum is out enjoying a nice meal, a goblet of wine or a nice malt, we can go hunting together. As I am camouflaged I will flush the larger things out and leave them to you, them small pesky things I will deal with.
Got a deal mate? We can shake paws on it when you get here.
p.s. Dad is not a bad cook so you will not go hungry!
Muriel you only have a broken toe, we used to do that all the time motorcycle racing and broken collar bones. You are not trying to get headlines in your local Newspaper are you? I can see it now Muriel breaks toe as she watches six cows, a herd of sheep and some tractors go past her window!
A dumpster is a 'skip'??!--- Where do y'all get these words??! It's shorter though, so I think I'll start using that word Skip instead!--- although no one around here will know what I'm talking about!!
Muriel, hope your aching, broken toe is feeling a little better today!
Neil, how's your sore mouth doing?-- hope it's healing well... Sending you both Get Well Wishes, and a Prayer for quick recovery!
Dear Connie, if you came here nobody would know what you were talking about! The reason I got hit hit by the skip was easy. I was Head Gardener at Greenwich and had only just met Sarah, I intended to be at Muriel's house at 6 o' clock so Sarah and I could go for a drink. At Greenwich we had a slope that led into this pit, this enabled the gardeners to tip their rubbish into the skip from a wheelbarrow and not have to do it by hand, therefore saving time. Someone had put two traffic cones on the slope, so as the new skip arrived I went to move them, as the skip was swinging on its chains from the truck the driver could not see me at all. At the last moment the security guard did and screamed at the driver, he hit the brakes and the skip hit me. It lifted me up and knocked me into a cast iron fence. I woke up in Greenwich Hospital with broken ribs; then looking at the time I realized I was going to be late to meet Sarah, but I managed to get there by nearly 8 o'clock, and Sarah thought I had dumped her (split up). Which I hadn't at all.
So using your language, Sarah thought I had dumped her because I got hit by a dumpster!
Muriel you said it not me! Nobody in their right mind would go near you anyway without a full protective suit, a team of paramedics, and if they did they would have to be decontaminated afterwards.
