Well the markers were elevated i the Ditmeter. Tomorrow ultrasound of the lower left extremity. Good grief, why now? I don't have time for this. Plants coming in, needing to be planted, Hell to get down on my knees and getting back up is even worse. And the leg is beginning to swell again and YES I called doc and let him know.

Off for a hair cut. bbl

I use one of the kneelers with the handles in order to get up. Can't do so otherwise.

I use a kneelers with handles also. It was still difficult almost to the point of impossible last week, even with that. Find out what we find out this afternoon. Supposed to go upstairs to the office after the ultrasound at radiology, so there;s no point in supposing just go up and find out what happens.

If there's a clot, I will be so P(&(*((*^(*!

The only thing which I salt directly is scrambled eggs, but as you say plenty of salt elsewhere. See what you can do without.

Hopes for better health.

Dear Cherie, most of us know about too much salt and we are constantly told 7 g a day of it. Unfortunately as you know store bought stuff has a lot of salt in it whih they use as a preservative, and don't really tell you.
In the UK they must tell you by law what every food and package contains in salt and sugar, plus ant chemicals or e numbers they may add.
However I am still puzzled by your comments about Bloody Mary's, as the only thing you add to a properly made Bloody Mary is of course another one, or maybe more in your case! Rolling on the floor laughing
Get well.

Take care all of you.

I'm sure that it is. thank heavens for 'sugar free' for my food adjustment. I'm sure that salt is much more difficult.

Here Neil, the bloody's can come with all kind of things. I typically have them add green olives (they use 2; salt) beef stick (salt), a stalk of celery, sting cheese and a pickle sliver(salt). I can have a Bloody Mary AND lunch all at the same time. Used to be a couple of years ago on Sundays they were 2.00 and I could do 6 quite nicely Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing , Then they went up to 4.00 each and I'd have 2 or 3; NOW they're 5.50 Grumbling Grumbling Grumbling Grumbling and I won't have one now for the simple fact Michael keeps raising the price of them.

And he wonders why he's losing customers. Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing

Dear Cherie, the only use for olives is for the making of virgin olive oil as they have no other useful purpose on earth!
Why not just have lunch and then one, not one as lunch. The original Bloody Mary was made for a hangover cure, not for lunch. Although if you do drink a lot you may not get up till lunchtime!
I make then myself as they are cheaper and you know what you are getting in them! Over here the only thing you pay fro is the tomato juice and the vodka, everything else is free in a pub!
Group hug
Neil.

Beautiful day today and yesterday. Yesterday dug up a burning shrub and replaced it with a Malus 'Lollizam' which is a Lollipop Crab Apple.

Today I went over to a friend of ours house and planted the burning bush over at his house. Got a beer for my efforts too.

Came home and weeded that will be a daily thing here from now until October so may as well get used to it. As I weeded, I planted some plants that I have obtained:
1 Iris 'Best Bet'
1 Iris 'Cool Running'
1 Hardy fucshia (Fuchsia magellanica)
1 Alstromeria 'Majestic Mauve'
2 Penstemoms 1 'Mystica' and 1 'Ruby Candle'
1 Aquigleia chrysanthmn 'Yellow Queen;
2 Carolina Jasmine
3 hollyhock
and
3 Gaillardia 'Arizona Red'

I tired.

My nephew graduated high school today so tomorrow we are going to Black River Falls for his graduation party and will back Sunday night. It is about a 4 hour drive so we got a room at the casino there for the night. May have to gamble a tad. Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing
