What new home age????? lol, I'll have to take a look.

How far are you from the British Open?????? Ed loves golf although he doesn't actually golf any more. Sold his clubs about the time we moved in here. Really hope that one guy doesn't let Tiger Woods get ahead of him. I'd rather not see Tiger win anything any more.. Didn't [ay much attention on the t.v. today,

DD Sarah & family are back home. She said the observatiory ground were closed in Greenwich. Too bad as when children see the prime meridian it means a lot.

Dear Lucy, you can walk down the side and see the meridian line. It is also outside the park and on the river side walk!

Checked to see if your feet were correct. I have been in the tunnel under the thames. I prefer to go down river by boat no matter that there is the spiffy new train. What part of your garden design is left. We have a tulip tree planted in our back yard (by us) & we & the orioles love it.

Dear Lucy, there is not a lot left of anything in Greenwich I knew! Most people cannot afford to go there now anyway! We have all been having a good laugh about the Olympic games VIP road lanes they have put in. For you have the bus lane and two lanes of normal traffic, so they have now on the outside land called it a VIP lane so Important people can get to the games quicker.
Anyone caught in a VIP lane without this special sticker is fined a lot of money! But whoever thought this out didn't think straight and did not try it. For the VIP lane merges in many places with the normal lane as the roads are not big enough. The normal public will not let the VIPs who come bowling down the outside into the normal traffic lane, and why should they?
Normal drivers have lost a lane and now are expected to let the VIPs come down the outside so as to avoid the queue, then push in front of the public in the only lane the can use now.
It is the first day they have tried it out today and it was hilarious as not one single driver (public0 would let the VIP cars in, and they ended up blocked in the VIP lane!
Now they are talking about fines if you do not let the VIP cars in, which is stupid as there nor enough Police to enforse it, and where are the normal car drivers supposed to go? They cannot use the Bus lane or the VIP lane, so are stuck in one lane and intend to stay there.

Dear Linda, yes they are bees! It was a tent all about bees and why they are dying off. You could also make your own beeswax candles for free.
Great fun.

Dear Linda, I did beekeeping at college and love it. Did you know that beeswax candles do not smoke, smell
or make any stains in your house when lit!
