Neil, do you have the recipe for Plum Duff? I want to make a steamed pudding for Christmas. I already do my own version of fruitcake which is baked. I start with my banana bread recipe and stir in nuts and dried fruit until it's very hard to stir. What passes from fruitcake here in the US isn't very good. Many people say they don't like fruitcake since all they have ever tried was something somebody bought. Few people try to make their own which would be much better.
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.
