|Love all you also. I know I haven't been around much. I've been battling a state of depression with my brother so sick. That and when I do find the ambition I get out and clean the beds. I've still about 4 and a half left to clean out and the plants and shrubs I ordered are starting to come in.
Wasn't very happy with one shrub I ordered came in. Cotoneaster ani,ani, oh hell I can't spell it. It was dry as a bone in the pot, Leaves all crispy and dead, I called the company and they are sending me a new one. Bu,t let me ask all you intelligent people. I stripped all the dead leaves off and gave it a good long drink. I scraped the sides of a few branches and they are supple and the cambian (sp?) is still green and white as it should be...... Think I can baby it back to a healthy shrub? I would love to bring it back to a healthy state and have two for the price of one.
Rained here all day yesterday, we sure needed it. Today blue skies, big white puffy clouds, in the 50's but windy as all get out..
