Hey there, Sarge, it's so good to see you again! I'll pass the word along to somebody who recently asked me if I had seen you anywhere.

Awww! Happy rooster with his colorful little harem. Did the ladies hatch out any little chickies? It was also nice to see pictures of your family. Often we have an idea of how people look, and then pictures show us something different. Are you feeling well enough to be putting in a fall garden soon?

Sarge, your girls have grown since I last saw pictures of them. Lovely family you have there.

Nice flock of chickens. How many eggs do you get a day?

Take care and have a great Labor Day weekend.

I turned 76 on the 14th of July. I am also old as dirt but the thing I appreciate the most is the fact that I am still here. We might or might not cook out. All depends on the weather and the amount of get up and go left in us at the time. Time will tell. We won't be doing a family gathering however since we did that on the August 28th to celebrate our 59th anniversary. Yep! We are getting old. Big Grin

I hope you have a great birthday dear friend.

Mary, how in the world could I have been married that long when I am barely that old myself? (Just kidding...... before you start to think that I was one of those Muslim child brides.)

Yep, Jo. Celebrate and drag that birthday out as long as you can. It is more fun that way! Thumbs up

Well, my "Gentleman Friend" and I are going to take in the movie Lawless today...since it is set in Virginia and we are both Virginians we should enjoy it.. but he has already asked me to have lunch with him on my birthday on Wed.....then His 90th BD is the 13th and his DD is having about 20 friends go to a favorite resturant that burned during the fire last year. It has just re-opened and all the locals are happy about that. So....I stay busy. Thanks for the Good wishes!! Jo Lovey dubby Lovey dubby Lovey dubby Lovey dubby

One thing I always know to be correct about you is the fact that you stay busy for SURE! No grass is ever going to grow under your feet.
Albert's birthday (my hubby) is the 24th of Sept. so he is in good company with the two of you.
