Thank goodness for snowblowers! I remember snow like that when I was a child, especially when we would go see my grandparents up north. A few years ago it was bad when we visited my mother too. We stayed in the entire time we visited. Thankfully, there were no animals for us to feed. It's hard to imagine living in that with no electricity though. Stay warm!

I love how old timers remember, and someday you will be the old timer with experiences of your own to share. They lived thru the toughest times. Had to. There were no modern conveniences. Now people can have a concrete tunnel leading from house to barn. How wonderful that would have been back in their day.
