|Call the police. I do not know if they will have a forensic CS person on staff but at the state level they should. What I want you to do is look at the address that the email came from. I also need to know how you access your email as I want to see the full headers and I can't walk you through on how to show them without knowing which software application you use. This email is totally bogus as EVERY program leaves traces on the hard drive and the FBI at the very least could easily sniff it out.
Do you use Windows? If so, please disable any virus scanner (usually McAfee) and buy ESET. That is the only one I use and I've NEVER, in over 15 years, had a single virus or malware. But please DISABLE YOUR EXISTING VIRUS SCANNER FIRST. You can go to eset.com and, to purchase, I believe they sell it exclusively through Microcenter. That's ok & safe. It'll be like $60/1 opted for 1 year or $130 / 1 computer for 3 years. I just did that myself 2 days ago for my little Acer 14" 2 in 1 laptop I'm using when I go to school.
