From Susan Kale Stew 1 16 oz. bag chopped and washed Kale 1 lb. turkey kielbasa or smoked sausage (we use turkey sausage) 1 15 oz. can white beans drained 3 medium waxy potatoes diced 1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes 1 32 oz. chicken broth 1 medium onion chopped 2 tbsp. virgin OO 3 cloves garlic 2 bay leaves S and fresh cracked p to taste Directions Heat oil in deep pot over medium heat. Add potatoes, sausage and onions. Cook approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic, bay leaves and kale. Wilt greens 2 to 4 minutes. Add beans, tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil.
