Betty -
I don't remember what was in the second packet. The names of the cross should be on the outside of the packet.
This one doesn't look too exciting.

It is Snow Crystal X Roma. there hasn't been anything special so far, but two are doubles.

My Snow Crystal x Renia produced the last picture under "Born in America". Just about all the babies have been doubles so far and this is the only outstanding one.

I actually like the solid white one. There are not many whites out there yet. I have Lacy Snowflake but it has been a real pill to grow!

This is the first fantasy I have had from the cross of DS Night Lights x self. It seems to have more white in the throat
and I like the shape of the flower better. My DSNL flowers always look droopy as though they have been open for
several weeks.

This also looks like it has two different colors under the dark fantasy...
a reddish pink and a purple.

It's super!

Another seedling bloom from the Night Lights x self cross. Betty had trouble posting for some reason so I am posting it for her.

My first blossom from seeds I received from Nancy. I'm not sure I should post it I this area but don't know where or how to anywhere else! They are Bristol's Daisy Jane X Silvia. The petals are messed up and look as though one is stuck in the middle. I'm anxious for the second bloom. Thumb of 2014-07-21/LauraMD/a809b3

Looks promising Laura. Can't wait to see it also. Looks like it is going to have Daisy Jane's traits. You posted in the correct place. Hurray!

Thanks Dave. I don't know why it took so long for me to get a blossom. I planted the seeds as soon as I received them. I have a few more that look as though they are big enough to blossom and I can't wait to see the results. The only other strep seeds I remember planting were from a selfed seed pod. All the babies looked just like the original plant. This project has made me interested in crossing different ones to see what I will get. It looks like Daisy Jane to me also but looks almost double, unless that's the stuck petal fooling me

Daisy Jane if I remember correctly can have semi-double flowers. So it is possible this could be a double type flower. The next bloom should give you a better idea what it is going to be. Group hug

Thumb of 2014-08-17/BettyCessna/58afd8 Here Is the second bloom on my Nightlights, selfed project strep. It has been a very slow grower, and Is still a very small plant. It has only had two blooms so far. The fantasy Is actually more of a peach color than it appears. .

It's the magic fairy dust she mixes in with the pollen! Hilarious!

That's right, Nancy, Fairy dust. You apparently use it too. Hilarious! I just hope this one starts growing enough to take a leaf from it, in case you want it.
