Not really , I am seriously considering ordering a couple and need to know the proper window? or lights?
I have houseplants that have been with me for over 35 years and like to make new additions happy as possible .

East or West window is best. They can be grown in a North window if there are no trees or overhangs which will obstruct the light. If using a west window I suggest a sheer curtain between window and the plants, especially during the summer. If you feel the north may not have enough light use this trick; take aluminum foil shiny side up to line the windowsill. This will help reflect the light back to the plant. DO NOT place plants in a South window. They WILL burn!

Artificial lights use T-8 or T-5 light fixtures as the T-12's will be harder to find in the future. I use T-8's, cool white bulbs. Ideally place 14"- 18" max from the top of the pot. I measure mine from the shelf at the same recommended height but most growers do theirs from the top of pot. Lights can be left on from 12-14 hrs. Per day. I have mine set at 12 hrs. And in the winter set them to 10 hrs. This works for my conditions but may not work for yours. These are general guidelines and not set in stone. Adjust to what works for you.
