Clay pizza pans give you great, crispy crusts, unlike the metal pans that can make the middles soggy. I guess it's just a matter of personal taste, but my family loves a thin, crisp crust. What do you think?
Have to admit we use ours mostly for frozen pizza, but I love it all the same Occasionally we make real pizza, or a roll-up type thing with pizza dough. It's a life-saver because nothing ever sticks to it!
