| Fuego spice mix is a staple in Mexico. This sassy spice is used in many Mexican dishes If you like Mexican food, you'll need to keep this at hand. Several of my uploaded recipes will call for this. 'Fuego' is pronounced 'Fyway-go'...don't lean so hard on the first consonant...say it quick. :) Fuego Spice Mix 1/4 cup Paprika 2 tsp Cayenne pepper 2 tbsp Salt 2 tsp ground White Pepper 2 tbsp Black pepper 2 tbsp granulated Garlic 2 tbsp Chili powder 2 tbsp Oregano Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Store in an airtight container, away from light and heat, for up to 6 months |
