This Mexican Cooking Marinade is an absolute must for many great Mexican dishes.

Agua Negra marinade


1 cup Soy sauce
2 cups Pineapple Juice
2 tbsp ground Cumin
1 1/2 tsp minced Garlic
1/4 cup Fresh squeezed Lime juice

Combine all ingredients with a whisk in a mixing bowl, making sure to break up any lumps. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
