This seafood spread is sure to be a hit with the kids, and it's nutritious. Try it yourself!
it uses Imitation crab sticks, which holds down the price.

Queen Crabbies


4 ozs. Imitation Crabsticks
2 tbsp. Butter or Margarine
2 ozs. Sharp Processed Cheese Spread
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried Parsley
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
4 split English Muffins

Preheat the broiler. In small bowl, combine butter and cheese spread. mix in all other ingredients except the muffins. Place the muffins on a cookie sheet and spread the mixture equally over each. Broil until they become bubbly, about 3 to 5 minutes.
