Yucatan Marinade Ingredients: 1/3 cup achiote paste 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 1/4 cup pineapple juice 2 tbsp finely diced yellow onion 1 tsp minced garlic 2 tsp salt 1 tsp white pepper 1 bay leaf Place all ingredients except for the bay leaf into a food processor and puree. Add the bay leaf and use the marinade as the recipe directs. |
