| Make your own bread flour when you're in a pinch. This is one flour that I usually don't make up myself, but buy it instead, already mixed and labelled up as bread flour. but if I run out, I can fall back on this mix. Bread flour Ingredients *3 cup all purpose flour *3 tbsp wheat gluten Sift the 2 ingredients together before using.
